Scheme Introduction: A Brief Overview
- The Delhi Development Authority has announced an affordable housing scheme for different disadvantaged sections of society.
- The scheme announced is called as "DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana".
- The scheme aims to provide affordable house and fulfill the dream of a common citizen to own a home in Delhi.
- Under the scheme, the authority offers a 25% discount on EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG flats.
- A total of 7579 flats will be distributed at various locations such as Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur.
- The discount of 25% are available for limited inventory of flats and is valid until the scheme closing date i.e. March 31, 2025.
- The announced scheme can also be known by other names such as "DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Scheme" or "DDA Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme" or "Delhi DDA Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana".
- Auto rickshaw and cab drivers with a valid permit and registration issued from the GNCTD (Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi) on or before 31 December 2024, are eligible for EWS and LIG flats.
- Whereas, street vendors and hawkers registered under the PM Svanidhi Scheme can also apply for the EWS and LIG flats.
- Eligible applicants interested in the scheme must apply for the scheme as soon as its window starts because the flats are available under First Come First Serve Basis.
- To receive the benefit of 25% discount in the given categories of flats applicants must meet the criteria outlined in the scheme notification.
- Under the scheme, the flats are available in four different categories such as EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG.
- EWS and LIG flats, located at Lok Nayak Puram, Siraspurm and Narela are available for all categories.
- But MIG and HIG flats, located at Lok Nayak Puram and Narela are specifically for : -
- Women, War Widows, Ex-Servicemen and Recipients of Gallantry Arjuna Awards.
- Person with disabilities and Person of SC and ST Categories.
- The Registration for DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana commenced on January 6, 2025, while the flat booking process will start from January 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
- Interested buyers are advised to visit the site before registering for the scheme.
- A non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500 is mandatory for DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana.
- Registered applicants can book their flat from January 15, by paying a booking fee as per the category of the flats i.e.
- Rs 50,000/- for EWS Flats.
- Rs 1,00,000/- for LIG Flats.
- Rs 4,00,000/- for MIG Flats.
- Rs 10,00,000/- for HIG Flats.
- Like registration fee the Booking fees is also non-refundable but will be adjusted to the final price of the flat.

- Individuals need to keep their necessary documents when applying for the Delhi Housing scheme.

Eligibility Requirements
- To purchase affordable flats under DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana, beneficiaries must meet the following eligibility criteria : -
- Must be an Indian Citizen.
- The minimum age of the applicants should be 18 years.
- There is no annual income limit, except for the EWS.
- The annual income limit for EWS applicants is Rs 10 lakhs.
- Applicants must possess a bank account in their name and a PAN Card.
- EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG flats will be offered to applicants as per the following category : -

Steps to Apply

- Eligible applicants can apply for the DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana through Delhi Development Authority E Portal.
- The online application process will go through two stages i.e.
Applicants Registration Process
- For new registration, visit the DDA E Services Official Website.
- The online registration for DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana began on January 6, 2025.
- On the home page, select the DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana from the home page.
- Next, click the 'Create Login'.
- Now submit all the details as requested in the registration form.
- Press the 'Request for OTP' tab.

- After this, pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500/-.
- After payment, a confirmation of successful registration will be sent via SMS or Email.
Application Form Submission
- Login with 'User ID' and 'Password' (by default PAN Card is the user ID).
- Select the 'DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana' from the scheme list.
- Fill in the details in the application form.
- Users can select the flat of their choice (subject to its availability).
- Once the flat is selected, you need to pay the booking fee (within 15 minutes) as per the applicable category.
- After the payment is confirmed, the selected flat will be booked for you.
- The authority will issue a demand cum allotment letter within 24 hour of their booking fee submission.
- The booking amount paid by the applicants will be adjusted to the final flat price.
Key Features of the Scheme
- Flats under the DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana will be offered on First Come, First Serve Basis.
- Applicants must book their flats once the booking window opens.
- Flat booking under the DDA Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana will commence on January 15, 2025 11:00 AM onwards.
- Applicants will be provided a window of 15 minutes to pay the flat booking fee after they select the flats.
- Booking and registration amounts paid by the applicants during the process are non-refundable.
- However, the Booking fee will be adjusted to the final flat price.
- In the event of cancellation/surrender/non-payment of the rest of the flat price, the booking will be forfeited.
- Allottees must deposit the flat amount within 60 days from the date of issuance of allotment letter.
- A Grace period of 30 days will be provided for late payments, subject to an additional interest rate of 10%.
- If the allottee fails to pay the demanded amount within the given time period, the flat allotted to the applicants will be canceled without any prior notice.
- The allotted flat shall be used for residential purposes.
