Telangana LPG gas Subsidy 500 not crediting

Hi Sir, My name is Mumtaz Begum, and I am a resident of Telangana (Hyderabad). Before the elections CM of Telangana Revant Reddy sir announced that every individual would enjoy the benefits of Mahalaxmi scheme. But being a citizen, I am not getting an LPG subsidy of Rs 500/- i have visited the bank and gas distributor as well, but no one is helping me. Even the Ration card distributor has already given me the Documentation where it's clearly mentioned that from next month i would get 500/ Subsidy. As mentioned in the document I have tried to contact Numbers 1967 and 180042500333 but it seems they are too busy to pick up the call. I request you to please help me out to solve the above issue. else provide me the Phone number to whom i can contact and resolve the issue with my own.
