Regarding phone and tablet scheme

I am student of BA.I passed in 2024 from syana degree college ghansoorpur teshil siyana district bulandshahr UP.In my class most of the student gets phone but some student pass and some not,but I passed with first class division 70%marks. My college staff chose our relatives student for this scheme and they got the phone insists of me.I contact many time to school staff and principal but they schold me and not give any answer regarding its.I am very dissapointed and helpless this time. I need your this time thank you sir/mam
