Not received installment properly

Respected Sir/madam My name is Nilesh Patel and my daughter name is Nandini Patel. She is studying in std 10 .I have received only 2 installment (Sept and Oct) instead of July, August ,Sept, October and after October not receiving any installment yet. I got message on mobile that received July August Sept installment but only received only one installment of first three months. So please request to do nessecery help Thank you Nilesh Patel
