Complaint Regarding Unreceived Benefits Despite Early Registration at Anganwadi

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the delay and non-receipt of benefits for my wife, despite her timely registration with the Aaganwadi center during her third month of pregnancy. From our side, the registration process was completed as required, and my wife received a booklet to record her test results. However, after delivery, we were informed by the Aaganwadi staff that the registration was not completed, which contradicts what we were initially told. When I inquired about the Mahalakshmi kit and other benefits, I was informed that the registration site is not working, and no clear resolution has been provided. I kindly request clarification on the following: Confirmation that my wife’s registration is properly recorded in the system, as it was completed from our side. Delivery of the Mahalakshmi kit and any other entitled pre- and post-delivery benefits. A timeline for when these benefits will be provided.
